You Can Do It! - Call for Artists

We're celebrating Elinor Otto, AKA the Longest Working Rosie the Riveter, for her 100th birthday on Saturday October 12th. We're inviting the public to submit Rosie the Riveter art work for a group show that will also open on October 12th. Join us for a special appearance by Elinor Otto - AKA The Last Rosie.When we decided to open a bar we wanted a name that would represent female empowerment, something with a nod to Long Beach ... there was no better choice than Ms. Elinor Otto. Elinor is an original Rosie the Riveter who started working in 1942 just after Pearl Harbor. She worked from 1942 to 2014 spending 50 of her 70 year career in Long Beach at both Douglas and Boeing.
