We offer free curbside pick-up for all orders
Pick-up orders are typically ready within two hours during customer service hours.
Pick-Up Hours are Tuesday - Thursday from 11am to 5pm, Friday - Saturday from 12-8pm, & Sunday from 12-7pm
You can pick your items at 240 Pine Ave, Downtown Long Beach.
Tuesday-Thursday text us and we will bring your order out to you.
Friday-Sunday you can pick-up inside the store or text us and we will bring it out to you.
Local Delivery
We offer free local delivery for all orders within 15 miles of our office and fulfillment center.
We are currently making all local deliveries on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons. If you need your order sooner, please contact us via email or text message at 562-584-MADE.
We process and ship orders daily, Tuesday-Saturday. Orders ship within 3 days of placing your order (typically by the next business day).

$9 for USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days)
$10 for UPS Ground (up to 8 business days)
Qualifying orders will also have the option of USPS First Class Mail (not trackable, 3-8 business days) and USPS First Class Package (trackable, 3-8 business days)
If you want expedited shipping, carrier determined rates are also available at checkout.

Transit time ranges depend on the efficiency of the customs office and the shipping method chosen. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the carrier. Please note that customs clearance is different in every country and that you may be charged additional costs, tariffs and/or brokerage fees on top of the postage charges (including VAT for European customers). These additional charges are your responsibility.
