Jamie Janett is a self taught artist who was born and raised in the LA suburbs. She grew up heavily influenced by underground music culture from a young age. In her 20's and 30's she made a living as a face painter which started at the Disneyland Resort. After getting a fine art degree, she started her own entertainment business, Paint On Your Face, and continued to face paint and body paint professionally for the next 10 years. During that time she attended festivals like Burning Man and Desert Hearts. In 2017 Jamie started a product line of cosmetic and eco-friendly glitters, DiscoEyes, which is sold online and in stores. She is currently attending school in Santa Monica to be a cosmetic tattooer by day, and will continue to be an artist by night.
